Payment
Airball Supplies uses the 'PayPal' secure payment system, as this has the lowest rates. This allows us to keep the prices low and pass the savings onto you the customer. Our site uses the 'PayPal' shopping cart system and works the same as all online stores. You no longer need a PayPal account to make a payment, as one off payments can be made using most major cards. Post & Packing Prices
The 'Recorded Delivery' postal cost is FREE with orders over £15.00 and under £15.00 just £2.00 to cover 'Recorded Delivery' and packing materials.
We know how frustrating Internet postal fees can be, so we have no wish to make profit on postage costs. Any quoted postal fees over the cost of the postage and packing materials can be refunded via PayPal (if over 50p), to claim simply deduct the postal fee on the package from the Invoice shipping fee, and email giving your order number and just type 'refund'.
The postal prices apply to UK mainland only, some remote locations in the UK mainland and Northern Ireland might be quoted an additional postal charge, with the option to accept the charge or cancel the order with a full refund.
All orders will be sent via. Royal Mail Second or First Class Recorded Delivery Service or FedEx. Both aim to deliver parcels within one to three working days, usually next day. There is no 'Track and Trace' service available with these services, but you can see proof of delivery, on the Royal Mail and FedEx web site. We can only ship to your verified address, please remember to give your postal address when processing the payment.
Express Shipping Information
48Hour guaranteed delivery is available for £7.00, any excess postal fees will be refunded after dispatch. Next-day postage has a 'Track and Trace' service, with a £250 maximum compensation for loss or damage. To choose this service click on the link below, to cancel this service before checking out, remove it from the basket. 48Hour delivery can only be guaranteed if ordered before 02.00pm, and card details are processed. We can only ship to your verified 'PayPal' or card address, please remember to give your postal address when processing the payment.
